Rick has the valuable combination of an analytical and strategic approach as advertising agency Media Director, coupled with commercial acumen, proven sales track record and team leadership skills as VP / Sales Director in the TV, Digital, Content Production and Image Licensing arenas. This knowledge is complemented by his entrepreneurial experience as CEO / Commercial Director of a start-up, premium fashion and beauty digital destination. Rick has held board level positions in Europe, Africa, Latin America and North America. The companies he has worked with range from NBC Universal, Fox and Bloomberg to Omnicom and Getty Images.

Having worked on both sides of the fence Rick identified a gap in the market for a bespoke international media sales representation company. The primary reason being that the larger sales and representation agencies service their smaller clients with mid-level and junior staff which adversely affects the sales performance.
